Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Holiday Inn Detroit Metro Airport. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and closing out guest accounts. You'll work closely with our team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

The successful applicant will be willing and able to work the 3-11 pm shifts and have weekend availability. You'll need a basic familiarity and comfort level using technology, as well as exceptional guest service skills. Some reception, clerical, and/or customer service experience is preferred, and previous hotel experience is a plus.
