Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pool Host to join our team at Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa. As a Pool Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide warm and welcoming service to guests at the pool, answering questions and addressing their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Take reservations and answer telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Set up and maintain a clean and organized workstation, including equipment and supplies.
  4. Assist guests with seating and provide information about resort amenities and services.
  5. Operate ResPak in a proficient manner and maintain accurate records.
  6. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask with ease. You will also need to be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
