- This role involves a true float pool, requiring flexibility to float between all MS/Tele, PCU, and ED holding units.
- Candidates must possess comprehensive Stepdown or PCU experience.
- Scrub color: Navy Blue.
- At least 2 years of acute care experience; 1 year of PCU experience is essential.
- First-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility to float across various units is necessary.
- Well-rounded experience in Stepdown or PCU is required.
- Essential skills include EKG interpretation and management, renal failure care, CVAs, TBIs, chest tube management, CPAP/BIPAP, ABGs, tracheostomy care, and wound vacs.
- Availability for every other weekend and holiday is required.
- No block scheduling is offered.
- Local candidates are accepted.
