About the Role
The Resident Caregiver plays a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as creating a supportive environment that promotes socialization and engagement. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic reading and writing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and possess good physical and mental health. Successful completion of certification programs and training sessions is also required.
