**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at Wilco Farmers. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling and displaying merchandise in our store.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Monitor assembled merchandise to ensure it is properly displayed and maintained

• Assemble display items, including patio furniture, wheelbarrows, BBQs, carts, coops, cages, power equipment, and more

• Assemble customer orders as directed

• Replace display merchandise as needed

• Assist in store operations as directed

• Maintain a clean and organized assembly area

• Assist in customer load-out as directed

**Requirements**

• Ability to interact successfully with customers and co-workers

• General mechanical competency

• Experience using tools and basic assembly experience

• Ability to regularly lift and move bags/bales/items up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
