  2. Adheres to cost management practices to minimize waste and control food expenses.
  3. Follows established recipes and menu specifications to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation.
  4. Utilizes kitchen equipment and supplies correctly and safely.
  5. Expedites food orders as needed to maintain timely service.
  6. Welcomes all customers, both internal and external, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  7. Responds promptly to guest inquiries and strives to deliver exceptional service.
  8. Collaborates with team members to fulfill guest requests and enhance overall service quality.
  9. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen throughout the shift and at the conclusion of each workday.
  10. Completes all necessary documentation accurately and promptly, including temperature logs and food safety records as required by health regulations.
  11. Assists with inventory management and maintains accurate stock levels.
  12. Ensures a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience is required.

Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Licenses & Certifications:

Relevant certifications may be required based on local health regulations.
