About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
