## Radiology Technician I
### Overview

### Responsibilities
As a Radiology Technician I, you will be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic, fluoroscopic, and specialized procedures at a technical level. You will work under the general direction of a radiologist and radiology administration, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and rules. You will also assist in risk evaluation and work collaboratively with facility/entity leaders to implement, monitor, and mitigate risk corrective plans.
### Qualifications
* Must have completed a formal radiologic technology training program accredited through the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) and the California Department of Public Health Radiation Health Branch (CDPH-RHB).
* AHA Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) required
* Diagnostic Radiology Required (CRT).
* Letter from ARRT stating employee has passed exam will be accepted in lieu of Diagnostic certificate for up to 6 months (then Diagnostic Cert required).
* Fluoroscopy and venipuncture certificate due within 6 months of hire or placement.
* RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST (CT RTT); RADIOLOGIC HEALTH FLOUROSCOPY (RG RHF) required within 90 days of hire; BASIC LIFE SUPPORT-AHA (CT CPRBLS); ARRT
