We are seeking a skilled Packaging Production Operator to join our team at Land O'Lakes, Inc. in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling powder packaging and coding equipment to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain powder packaging and coding equipment to meet regulatory, customer, and company standards
  • Assemble, disassemble, and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Verify the proper weight and code on finished products before storing
  • Palletize and transport finished packaged products to the warehouse
  • Operate sack filling and bagging equipment according to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 6+ months of relevant work experience
  • Basic computer skills
Physical Demands:
  • Frequent movement, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting
  • Working in various temperature zones, including cold and hot environments
  • Shift schedules may include days, nights, and weekends, with some holidays and overtime
