Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ramp Agent to join our team at Signature Aviation. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, crew, and passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain ground service equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and stair trucks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to crew members, passengers, and other guests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless aircraft handling and ground support services.
  • Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft safety and security.
  • Perform fuel handling, including fuel quality control and inventory management.
  • Load and unload luggage and cargo, and drive shuttle vehicles as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and luggage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to six months of experience in aviation, customer service, or a related field.
  • Ability to pass a color vision test for fuel inspection.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to use a computer and email.
