We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ramp Agent to join our team at Signature Aviation. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, crew, and passengers.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain ground service equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and stair trucks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to crew members, passengers, and other guests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless aircraft handling and ground support services.
- Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft safety and security.
- Perform fuel handling, including fuel quality control and inventory management.
- Load and unload luggage and cargo, and drive shuttle vehicles as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid state driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and luggage.
- Three to six months of experience in aviation, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to pass a color vision test for fuel inspection.
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to use a computer and email.
