Job Overview:
The Nursing Department at Avera McKennan expects all nurses to deliver competent nursing care and uphold a professional demeanor in their role as an RN. The Registered Nurse is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care to patients, ensuring responsibility for actions and patient outcomes during their shifts.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduates from nursing programs.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the relevant state, with multi-state licensure eligibility preferred.
- Experience in caring for patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions is advantageous.
Work Schedule:
Shifts include 7a-7:30p and 7p-7:30a, with varied schedules available. Shift differentials apply for evening and weekend hours.
