Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Estate Planning Attorney at Pennington Law. The selected candidate will manage a diverse array of estate planning matters, including the establishment of trusts, drafting wills, creating powers of attorney, and providing financial advisory services.

Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in Estate Planning and Estate Law
  • Experience in Probate and Estate Administration
  • Skills in Succession Planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the state bar
  • Prior experience in a similar legal role is advantageous
  • Background in financial services is a significant plus
