About the Mailroom Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to join our team. As a Mailroom Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, and prepare incoming mail and packages
  • Scan documents and perform light data entry
  • Interact with multiple client partners and provide excellent customer service
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
