ProSphere Tek is seeking an experienced Airborne Command & Control Specialist to deliver onsite support to a major command responsible for air combat operations.
This command plays a crucial role in providing air combat forces to military leaders and is integral to the execution of national security strategies. The command operates a diverse fleet of aircraft and offers comprehensive command, control, communications, and intelligence systems.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing program management, planning, engineering, and technical support.
- Identifying technical and operational risks that may affect airborne command and control integration.
- Contributing to strategic plans aimed at achieving interoperable airborne command and control systems.
- Analyzing business processes to pinpoint capability gaps and necessary enhancements.
- Conducting evaluations of existing and emerging data link concepts and airborne command capabilities.
- Facilitating communication between operational users and product centers to develop advanced data link concepts.
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems, or business administration.
- Experience in program management processes, including requirements initiation and system fielding.
- Analytical skills for evaluating operational capabilities and technical solutions.
- Familiarity with directives and policies related to the modernization of data link systems.
- Experience in higher headquarters staff roles.
- A Top Secret Clearance and eligibility for sensitive compartmented information.
