Job Overview

At Arrow Exterminators, we are seeking a highly skilled Pest Control Specialist to provide exceptional service to our commercial clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch pest control solutions and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address pest-related issues
  • Develop and implement customized pest control plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt response times and effective communication
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Entomology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary state regulatory agency licenses/certifications
  • Possess current Driver's License
  • Able to work a 40-hour minimum work week and flexible schedule as needed
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and more.
