We are seeking a skilled Bakery Associate to join our team at Hannaford Supermarkets. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are prepared and presented to our customers.

• Observe and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our sanitation and food safety standards.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge in all areas of the bakery department.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers to meet their needs.

• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet customer demand.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and handle various substances associated with cleaning materials, packaging materials, and food products.

• Experience in a bakery or food service environment.
• Ability to prioritize and plan production to maximize efficiency and meet customer demand.
• Knowledge of automated production programs and ability to use RF units.
