Nutrition Associate Manager Job Summary

Aramark is seeking a skilled Nutrition Associate Manager to support the nutrition programs at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to meet client and operational therapeutic nutrition needs, collaborate with medical staff, and assist in the execution of diet orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Food Service Director in implementing therapeutic diet needs, including daily orders, tray assembly, sanitation, and training of staff.
  • Collaborate with medical staff on written diet orders to ensure consistency and understanding of diet meal plans.
  • Develop a strong level of trust and credibility with clients and the field regarding the technical nutritional competency of ARAMARK Correctional Services.
  • Promote sharing of best practices within accounts.
  • Maintain administrative functions as needed, including word processing and assembly of field tools.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree approved by Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) as a Dietetic Technician, with a minimum of two years relevant experience.
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively with clients, medical staff, front line managers, and on-site staff.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently utilize an electronic medical record system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, be organized, and manage your time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel between facilities.
