Job Description:
The LVN Charge Nurse plays a vital role in providing compassionate care during the 2pm to 10pm shift. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise a team of nurses, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and services. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess a current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State. A minimum of one year of experience as an LVN is required, with a strong background in patient care and supervision. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
