Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional treatment and services to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide excellent patient care, including education, support, and comfort throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence and safety.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
- Current licensure as a Radiation Therapist (RTT) and certification in radiation therapy (ARRT).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
- Experience working in a radiation oncology department.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
