Beauty Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Sephora at Kohl's. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert knowledge of beauty products and trends.

• Build strong relationships with clients and identify their beauty needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate expertise in beauty products and trends to clients, including knowledge of ingredients, benefits, and usage.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and department cleanliness and hygiene.
• Support inventory management, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, inventory counts, and price changes.
• Actively engage in training and development to expand knowledge and skills in beauty products and trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.

• Authentic passion for beauty and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally over 50 pounds with a two-person lift.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (up to 8 hours).
