Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Frontline Cashier to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Frontline Cashier, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
