Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Baking, Pastry, or related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years' industry experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Specialty pastry skills – yeast breads including sourdoughs, rye, specialty breads, and specialty diets (gluten free, allergen free, etc.).
  • Teaching experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
