Job Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to patients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist patients with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and weight, and report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Georgia.
- CPR/FA certification.
- At least six months of experience in a healthcare setting.
