We are seeking a highly skilled LPN/MA to join our team at Bothwell Regional Health Ctr. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Take vital signs, obtain medical history, and administer injections and immunizations as ordered by the physician, nurse practitioner, or midwife.
- Maintain current licensure and proficiencies, as well as required logs and information needed for reports.
- Ensure high levels of confidentiality and maintain patient trust.
- Perform a variety of procedures specific to clinic specialty, including specimen collection and testing.
- Assist with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and verifying patient demographic and insurance information.
- LPN: Graduate of an approved Practical School of Nursing, current licensure by Missouri State Board of Nursing, and BLS certification within 6 months of employment.
- MA: High school graduate, certification as a medical assistant preferred, and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Our clinic is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires strong communication and teamwork skills. As an LPN/MA, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and support.
