Work Environment:

  • Primarily work indoors within a manufacturing setting, necessitating the use of safety equipment such as bump caps, hearing protection, safety shoes/boots, and safety glasses at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Loaders to effectively oversee stocked items, inventory assessments, and loading operations.
  • Ensure a tidy and well-organized warehouse to minimize damages and promote safety.
  • Provide leadership within the Shipping Department and oversee trailer activities.
