Key Responsibilities

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Provide strategic counsel to the CEO on clinical operations, including policy development.
  • Collaborate with the Senior HR Director to enhance clinician engagement and retention.
  • Optimize recruitment and credentialing processes to ensure high-quality care and revenue growth.
  • Partner with senior leadership to manage Employee Benefits and Workers' Compensation Programs.
  • Lead the organization’s Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) initiatives and maintain necessary recognitions.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to uphold HRSA Federally Qualified Designation and Joint Commission Accreditation.
  • Foster trusted relationships through effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Active Medical Doctor License in Florida
  • Board Certification in relevant specialty
  • At least 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage across all organizational levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Commitment to a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service
