About the Role

Hunt Hive Talent is seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services at nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other specialized settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
  • Unload and transport portable X-Ray equipment into various facilities to perform exams ordered by physicians.
  • Conduct EKGs as needed and transmit the results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
  • Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily in accordance with protocol.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, management, peers, and clients.
  • Care for and maintain the vehicle and X-Ray equipment to ensure efficiency and readiness.
Requirements
  • Valid ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
  • 1 year of experience in Radiology, Mammography, Echocardiography (echo), or Electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG).
  • Valid Regular Driver's License (DL) with a clean record.
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination or proper exemption documentation.

Work Environment and Schedule

Option 1: Weekends (Friday-Sunday) 8:00 AM-9:00 PM with rotating weekends on-call and holidays.

Option 2: Monday-Friday 11:00 AM-7:30 PM with rotating weekends on-call and holidays.

Physical Demands
  • Must be able to push/pull 50-100 lbs with assistance.
  • Equipment handling may involve up to 24 cycles of pushing/pulling daily depending on facility locations.
