Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our team at Autism Care Partners. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing BCBA-designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing BCBA-designed clinical plans to help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills
• Utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to teach clients adaptive behaviors in developmental areas, such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills
• Collecting, recording, and summarizing data on observable client behavior
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment

Requirements include:

• No experience required
• Ability to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
