Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job safety analysis (JSA) documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Program and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize equipment performance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including daily logs and inventory management.
  • Communicate effectively with production associates, management, and other stakeholders to ensure open and transparent communication.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Order and manage inventory of tools and equipment to ensure optimal maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Working knowledge of PLC programming and experience with industrial control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or technical school training preferred.
  • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required.
  • Regular, consistent attendance of scheduled shifts is required.
