**Overview:**

Dartmouth College is committed to advancing intentional efforts to provide services to its increasingly diverse student population. We are seeking a highly qualified clinician to provide culturally informed counseling services to students.

The selected individual will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement prevention and outreach education programs. This includes providing consultation to faculty, staff, and parents regarding mental health issues affecting students.

  • Provides culturally informed short-term individual counseling, group counseling, diagnostic assessment, on-call crisis intervention, and management.
  • Provides culturally informed outreach and prevention services to students, faculty, and staff, particularly focused on the needs of BIPOC students.

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate prevention and outreach education programs.
  • Provide consultation to faculty, staff, and parents regarding mental health issues affecting students.
  • Serve on campus-wide committees.

**Qualifications:

  • Doctorate (Ph.D., Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or Master of Social Work (MSW).
  • Two to three years direct clinical experience (can include internship).
  • Demonstrated experience providing counseling to BIPOC student populations.
