Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at St. Lawrence Health, an affiliate of Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and advancing the field of medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) in New York State.
  • Experience in primary care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
