Job SummaryThe successful candidate will perform radiation therapy procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to ensure patient comfort and understanding.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality radiation therapy procedures according to established protocols
- Maintain production and quality of imaging procedures
- Utilize AIDET to communicate with patients and ensure correct exams are performed
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements and infection control policies
- ARRT-T Radiation Therapy certification
- 2 years of radiation therapist experience
- Ability to work at multiple locations
