Craft Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Craft Mixology Specialist to join our team at Intown Golf Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails that showcase your expertise and creativity.

• Develop and execute seasonal cocktail menus that reflect the freshest ingredients and trending flavors
• Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring efficient service and excellent guest experience
• Interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, offering recommendations and expert advice on our beverage offerings
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in mixology

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist
• Exceptional knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, beers, and wines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Demonstrated passion for innovation, creativity, and attention to detail

• A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year
