Job Summary

As a Resident Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and hygiene
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including laundry and housekeeping duties
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior or condition
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic reading and writing skills, with ability to speak English in an understandable manner
  • Previous experience working with elderly, preferably in a dementia care setting
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds
  • Good physical and mental health, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
