Senior Prosecution Attorney

Midvale City seeks a highly skilled Senior Prosecution Attorney to join its team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney to leverage their experience in criminal law and municipal law to make a meaningful impact in the community.

As a Senior Prosecution Attorney, you will be responsible for prosecuting criminal cases on behalf of Midvale City in various courts, including the Midvale City Justice Court and the Third District Court. You will also represent the City as legal counsel in civil matters and provide advice to city officials on legal rights, obligations, liabilities, and privileges.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of federal, state, and municipal laws, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional relationship with city officials, court personnel, attorneys, and law enforcement.

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
