Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Team Leader
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 available
Key Responsibilities:
- Potential for a $30,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment

Job Responsibilities:
- The LPN Team Leader will oversee the team by supervising, assessing, and administering medications and treatments as required, ensuring high-quality care and teamwork within the household, with a focus on resident-directed care.
- This is performed in alignment with our policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Promotes the organization's goal of excellence in patient care within a compassionate environment by fostering positive employee relations and supporting departmental objectives.
- Delivers exceptional care and service to patients, residents, visitors, and fellow staff members consistently.
- Conducts all responsibilities in a manner that reflects the organization's values of hospitality, compassion, and stewardship.
- Ensures that care/services are provided in accordance with regulatory standards and ethical directives.
- Responsible for overseeing that proper resident care is delivered by CNAs and other support staff.
- This position encompasses all facets of the household environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in long-term care.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Current nursing license or permit to practice in the state of South Dakota is required.
- Completion of IV/Venipuncture of LPN Expanded Role Program is necessary for those who graduated prior to 1990.
- Must maintain current CPR certification.
Work Schedule:
- 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, rotating weekends and holidays; 72 hours biweekly.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is outlined below. Actual pay will be based on experience.
- $31.50 per hour
