Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of complex employment litigation cases, with an emphasis on restrictive covenants and trade secrets.
- Drafting and responding to discovery requests while overseeing electronic discovery processes.
- Preparing and presenting motions in both state and federal courts.
- Conducting depositions and defending clients in various employment-related disputes.

Qualifications:
