As a Music Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality music education to students, creating a dynamic experience that challenges and inspires them. You will embody the spirit of rock and roll, fostering a valuable student experience that helps them learn music and life skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize the quality of music instruction through private lessons and show rehearsals
  • Ensure students learn the fundamentals of music, not just songs, using our proprietary teaching method
  • Create and document thoughtful lesson plans using our patented teaching method, books, and app
Customer Connection
  • Communicate with parents on student progress through quality lesson notes and assignments in our app
  • Interact with parents and students regularly, being visible and accessible while at the school
  • Pitch in during canceled lessons to support the overall program execution
  • Assist in rehearsals and maintain lesson facilities
Skill Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience teaching and/or performing music professionally
  • Knowledge of music theory and curriculum design
  • Strong customer relations skills, with excellent ability to deal with diverse customers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Resourceful, with good problem-solving skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, patient, and positive demeanor
  • Passion for teaching
