About the Position

Hilti Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention
  • Continuously gather market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Hands-on attitude, ability to demonstrate products to customers, and proficiency in software applications such as Salesforce
  • Excellent time and territory management skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule
