Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide training to operators on equipment usage and best manufacturing practices.
  • Oversee data collection from manufacturing processes to facilitate thorough analysis.
  • Design and adjust machine programs for all automated systems.
  • Manage the implementation, maintenance, and repair of both new and existing manufacturing equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610 Class II & III and J-STD-001 standards.
  • Experience with Lead-Free SMT and TH processes, with a preference for Panasonic systems.
  • Strong adherence to quality assurance processes.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role.
  • High School Diploma is required; a BA or BS in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Technical Certification is advantageous.
Compensation: The expected salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $100,300 annually, subject to variation based on experience and other relevant factors. At HME, you will have the opportunity to advance your skills while contributing to the development of innovative products. Our comprehensive benefits package includes tuition reimbursement, three weeks of paid vacation in your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental insurance, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
