The Childrens Clinic of Fredericksburg is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a leading pediatric mental health center, we strive to provide exceptional care to children and adolescents aged 5 to 21.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $61.00 - $130.00 per hour, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Our comprehensive benefits package includes flexible scheduling, paid supervision for billing, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and tuition reimbursement.

Job Description:

As a Child Mental Health Specialist, you will work closely with our team of Pediatricians and nurse practitioners to provide individualized therapy sessions to children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. Your expertise in addressing oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD, MDD, depression, and anxiety will be invaluable in helping our patients achieve positive outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Virginia License (LPC, LCSW)
  • 1 year of relevant program-specific experience work experience.
  • Resident (RIC) or Supervisee
