Job Title: Pilot Rotor Wing

Job Summary:

As a Pilot Rotor Wing with Air Methods, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of patients and crew members during medical transport flights. You will operate aircraft in a safe and legal manner, completing pre-flight checks and verifying the airworthiness of the aircraft. You will also be responsible for completing required documentation and participating in Air Methods meetings and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate aircraft in a safe and legal manner
  • Complete pre-flight checks and verify airworthiness of aircraft
  • Complete required documentation
  • Participate in Air Methods meetings and activities

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Two to five years related experience and/or training
  • Commercial & Instrument Rating (for category and class of aircraft)
  • ATP rating in category meets this requirement
  • First OR Second Class FAA Medical certificate required
