Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a music worship ensemble for the Protestant Community.
  • Encourage spiritual development and enhance military preparedness.
  • Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a volunteer music worship group.
  • Choose and arrange music for worship gatherings, ensuring a diverse selection of contemporary, gospel, and traditional genres.
  • Organize weekly practice sessions and guarantee exceptional music presentations.
  • Design and conduct music for seasonal services and special occasions.
  • Manage and operate chapel audio-visual systems.
  • Ensure the security and proper upkeep of musical instruments and equipment.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading worship music groups within church settings.
  • Skilled in reading and performing from sheet music.
  • Proficient in piano performance and capable of singing concurrently.
  • Preferred ability to play additional instruments such as guitar, bass, or percussion.
  • Experience in directing choirs and volunteer music groups.
  • Knowledgeable in various styles of Christian worship music.
  • Physically able to manage and transport musical equipment.
  • Aptitude for training and developing volunteers.
