About the Role:

The Nurse Manager at The Brook Hospital Dupont is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care provided in the therapeutic program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee treatment planning and assessment of patients' psychiatric and medical statuses
  • Administer medication and medical treatment, and direct intervention in crisis situations
  • Grow and develop opportunities within UHS and its subsidiaries

Requirements:

  • Licensed RN to practice in Kentucky
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Nursing experience providing direct patient care and current CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Five years psychiatric nursing experience in a related specialty
  • Two years psychiatric nursing experience working with adolescents
