Job Overview

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking a skilled Floral Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for merchandising and selling fresh-cut flowers at multiple retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visually appealing and well-merchandised floral department
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments
  • Restock and replenish floral products as needed
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
