Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $16 per hour, paid weekly, with additional benefits including a 401K, ample paid time off, holiday pay, annual free nights at our cabins, an Employee Assistance Program, and personal and professional development programs. Based on full-time equivalency, the estimated annual salary would be approximately $33,280. However, please note that this calculation may vary based on individual circumstances such as location and experience.
Job Responsibilities
As an Evening Lodge Keeper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. This includes monitoring the Outpost for any potential issues, following up on guest requests, and performing light maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for laundering and folding linen, creating opportunities to surprise and delight our guests, and solving problems efficiently and professionally. In addition, you will work collaboratively with your team to ensure a seamless guest experience, adhere to standard operating procedures, and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in a guest-facing industry, be proficient in utilizing technology to work more efficiently, and be a lover of the outdoors who can thrive in various weather conditions. You must also have excellent verbal English language and communication skills, be able to adapt and follow instruction, and possess the ability to move freely in and around obstacles. Additionally, you should be comfortable working under extreme temperatures and be able to lift moderate loads of up to 75 pounds.
