Job Summary

Chroma Early Learning Academy of Roswell is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our toddler program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a group of children in a toddler classroom setting
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment that promotes physical, social, and emotional growth
  • Implement approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedules in accordance with our curriculum and programming
  • Assess and support each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
  • Provide positive guidance and support to children, while promoting independence and self-confidence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive classroom environment that encourages creativity and exploration
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Experience in the childcare field, preferably in a toddler program
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPR/First Aid certification
