We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team at KLJ. As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for leading projects, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering exceptional results to our clients.

• Lead and manage survey projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior surveyors, promoting professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project success.
• Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and measurements to determine precise locations and measurements.
• Prepare and review technical reports, maps, and other deliverables.
• Train and mentor junior surveyors to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Participate in project proposals, interviews, and client meetings to promote KLJ's services and expertise.

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate motorized vehicles.

This position requires frequent travel to project sites, with occasional work in the office. The employee must be able to walk on uneven terrain, lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.

KLJ offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, performance bonus, 401(k), and employee stock ownership program.
