About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac, neurological, and respiratory issues.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
- At least 1 year of experience in critical care nursing
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Experience in cardiac or neurological critical care
- Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN)
