Compensation and Benefits

  • A base hourly rate of $35.00 - $55.00 with opportunities for bonuses on sales and SPIFFs

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to residential HVAC service calls in a timely manner
  • Diagnosing and fixing complex HVAC issues with expertise in heating (forced hot water and air), A/C, heat pumps, and mini-splits
  • Effectively communicating diagnostics and solutions to customers, offering options to fix existing issues and prevent future problems

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician in a residential setting
  • New Hampshire Gas License and Oil Certification required
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, drivers' license, and clean driving record
